CrossFit Classes
Our flagship group class. Each hour includes a warm-up, skill or strength work, and a workout of the day (WOD).
Learn MorePersonal Training
One-on-one sessions with a dedicated coach. We use personal training for skill development, injury rehab return-to-training, competition prep, and clients who prefer a fully customized program.
Learn MoreBoot Camp
A 45-minute class designed for people new to fitness or returning after a long break. Lower intensity than CrossFit classes, higher repetition, lots of coaching cues.
