Our Programs
Something for every fitness level — from first-timers to competitors
At General Fitness Gym, we build strength, confidence, and community through structured, coach-led training. Every program we run accepts complete beginners and scales to challenge experienced athletes — because we believe fitness belongs to everyone. Whether you're picking up a barbell for the first time or training for competition, there's a program here for you.
CrossFit Classes
Our flagship group class. Each hour includes a warm-up, skill or strength work, and a workout of the day (WOD). Workouts are scaled to any fitness level — coaches provide modifications so beginners and experienced athletes train side by side. Classes run Monday through Saturday with multiple time slots each day.
● Recommended for: anyone who likes variety, community, and being coached
Personal Training
One-on-one sessions with a dedicated coach. We use personal training for skill development, injury rehab return-to-training, competition prep, and clients who prefer a fully customized program. Sessions are 60 minutes. Packages of 4, 8, or 12 sessions available. Contact us or ask any coach to get started.
● Recommended for: focused skill work, returning from injury, individualized programming
Boot Camp
A 45-minute class designed for people new to fitness or returning after a long break. Lower intensity than CrossFit classes, higher repetition, lots of coaching cues. No prior experience required — seriously. Boot Camp runs Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
● Recommended for: beginners, anyone who finds CrossFit classes intimidating at first
